take advantage of their expertise. You may need recommendations with the
quantity of items per person ie.bar glasses or cocktail plates. We can
also offer information about the amount of space (square footage) or
seating required for your event.

partnership, our consultants are aware of the move in and move out
procedures that many venues demand. The consulting team at Pedersen’s
will be happy to refer you to other event professionals for services we do
